The Voluntary Vehicle Repair Program from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality provides owners of eligible vehicles with financial assistance to help offset the cost of repairs after a failed emissions test. 

Customer vehicles meeting Program requirements can get up to $550 for gasoline vehicles and up to $1000 for heavy duty diesel vehicles, after a $150 co-pay.
